"I spoke with Mikasa Johnson this morning about possibly lowering my automobile premium. She was friendly, sympathetic to my needs, and understanding. She gave me some helpful tips as well as links to an online defensive driving course. It was a pleasure speaking with her. She is a definite asset to Mr. Garfinkel’s office. Follow up: Had discussions with 2 people about lowering my premium. Three days after paying it ($946/6 months), I receive an email stating I own another $200+. No mention of this on the phone. No bill in the mail. No explanation. Tried to email them, but the link didn't work. Tried to call 3x, but they're "busy with other customers." Not the way to treat a customer of 30+ years."
