"I came here for a quote dealing with the girl that speaks Polish. Amazing agent! But This woman named Jasmine extremely unprofessional and rude even yelling at the other staff. She assumed I only spoke Polish and was rude towards me as well. Little did she know I speak English. She was screaming at all staff members and me. My family and I are customers for years but this woman really left a bad taste. But the Polish girl extremely helpful"

"Through some convoluted mistakes on their end and some misplaced caution on mine, I ended up paying more than I had agreed to pay for a year of home owners with this office. Despite the receipts and signatures and agreements, they would not return the overpayment. I canceled my policy and filed a complaint with NYDFS which I won, state farm returned the overpayment. Please be aware that they are not on your side and will not advocate for you, as much as it may seem that they are."
